Due to the many manufacturers we deal with each one has a different return policy. If you need to return an item you must contact us to receive an return number (RMA).
All returns must be shipped by USPS, Fedex or UPS and must have a tracking number. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost unless we deem otherwise.
